Poppy, founder and baker creates beautiful wedding cakes that not only look, but taste totally scrumptious. Each wedding cake is truly bespoke enabling the bride and groom to chose a different flavour for each tier, Poppy decorates each cake with the couples choice of fresh flower, berries and decorations.
Poppy takes her responsibility to Planet Earth very seriously. Her 'eco' approach enables her to run her bakery with as little impact to the environment as possible; by using homegrown eggs, organic local flour and British butter she is ensuring great quality and low food-miles from her ingredients. Cake by cake, she is striving for as little waste as possible by opting for a ‘reduce, reuse and recycle’ approach, she is also using social media to promote an eco-way of running a small business.
