Cowparsley is a wedding company based at the family-run Roughmoor farm, on the outskirts of Taunton, Somerset. We offer farm and marquee hire (either at our place or yours) and we specialize in rustic, handmade weddings.

The farmhouse is a Grade II listed building set on two acres of land including an orchard, kitchen garden and wild flowers (and a few chickens). Our venue gives you scope to create an original wedding that you and your guests won’t forget. Dancing under the stars in the orchard, bonfires, skittle alleys, hay bales, local cider, wildflowers, as many organic apples as you can eat and farm-fresh produce are what we love! We specialize in English country weddings that are environmentally friendly and don’t compromise on style.

You can be as hands-on or off as you like - we want to give you the flexibility to put as much of 'you' into your day as you want. No pre-packaged weddings here! We don't have caterers you 'have' to use, nor do we charge corkage- so you can keep your costs down by catering yourself and bringing your own drinks if you wish.

If you already have your wedding venue sorted and are simply looking for a marquee, then we have a traditional canvas marquee for hire with vintage wooden poles. The marquee seat from 100 to 200 guests, are heavy duty and will cope with most weather conditions.
